This is delivered by our dedicated Plymouth based Osteopath utilising a holistic approach considering the mind and the body as a whole unit in order to promote a renewed sense of wellbeing.

Access is to the rear of the building, up an external flight of stairs. If assistance is required, please let us know in advance. Once arrived, please wait in the seating area in the corridor.
There is a large car park outside the premises available to patients. Upon arrival, patients will need to display a parking permit provided by our clinic. Permits will be available in the waiting area, however, if you have mobility issues please let us know and we will bring a pass down to you.
We have toilet facilities available to patients.

Emily is very kind and professional. She also has a great knowledge of how the body works and always manages to find the root cause of my problems. She does an extremely thorough history/examination at the beginning of treatment, to get an understanding of what might be causing your issues, followed by personalised treatment and exercises to do at home. The soft tissue work that she does, paired with the exercise plan has really helped to alleviate a lot of the pain I had in my back, hips and neck. 10/10 - would highly recommend!

Emily is an extremely knowledgeable and professional clinician. She identified the cause of my pain through a very comprehensive examination, followed by an extensive treatment plan and course of exercises. Having had several sports injuries throughout my life, this was the first time I had seen an Osteopath, following a recommendation from a friend, having previously been to physios and other health care professionals. This was the first time that I felt I had value for money, and also, someone had actually identified the root cause of the pain and was able to relive the symptoms quicky.
The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable, easy to find and there is plenty of parking. I cannot recommend Grace Osteopathy highly enough.
